I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location by the Periyar river was absolutely breathtaking. The view was mesmerizing, especially seeing Periyar flowing at its full swing. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were impressive, with features like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities including a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and a fitness center. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my stay.

Our new year's celebration was ruined by poor planning and management. the hotel was overcrowded with guests, and the staff was unable to handle the large crowds resulting in chaotic scenes.

Great hotel with a perfect location! The rooms are lovely and well-maintained with nice balconies facing a beautiful river or pool. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to all our needs. The hotel provides fantastic service, and the pool is huge and clean. One of the best things about the hotel is the variety of activities you can do, such as photography, boat ride, and visiting nearby attractions.
